Graduated from University of Waterloo’s Kinesiology program. She is inspired to improve the quality of life for her clients and has taken additional courses in Osteoporosis, Concussion and Cancer rehabilitation. She also performs functional evaluations and works with WSIB and MVA rehab clients. In her spare time she enjoys coaching with the Special Olympics and outdoor activities such as hiking and tennis.
Grace Swoboda is a Foreign trained physiotherapist who is registered with the College of Physiotherapist of Ontario and is a long-standing member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.Grace has taken many post graduate courses to update her skills and knowledge in treating patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.Some of the courses she has completed are: Mulligan mobilization, McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment, Sahrmann Diagnosis and treatment, soft tissue release, k-taping, fit for Golf, Osteoporosis Rehabilitation, E.T.P.S pain therapy, Acupuncture and Concussion management level 1. Grace is a very experienced and dedicate professional who strives to provide the best option for each of her patients.

As a lifelong learner, Jeff has completed his post graduate training in Manual Therapy in the Orthopedic Syllabus of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and was blessed to participate in many training and educational opportunities from some of the best minds in our profession.
Strength training remains one of his passions. He has been involved in resistance training for 40 years with a long history of designing and implementing goal directed exercise plans.
His experience in training the cardiovascular system exists beyond simply studying this system.
